Erasmus+ project “EU-line” activities took place in a little village in Poland named Krzyzowa. We were accommodated in a nice historical palace in rooms with one or more roommates. Also we had food in local cafeteria 3 times a day. There was 30 participants and 2 trainers in this training course. Everyone was polite, friendly and helpful and answered all the questions I had. I have made a lot of new friends.
During the first day we had NGO fair, which has aim basically to introduce participants’ organisations. Everyday we had training about youth workers and how to improve their mobility through digital platform. The course included supporting of the development of youth workers by enabling them to acquire new skills and professional experiences. The project also contribute to strengthening the quality and the role of youth work in Europe. I`ve learned how to make a online campaign for employability using social interfaces.
Also, I`ve made my own EURES account, which is a platform for searching for a work devoted to youth all over the Europe, and connected it with other social web pages such as Linked In.
I`ve learned about problems of youth, such as unemployment in other EU countries. The trainers covered information and communication technology`s use in search for youth workers or for finding a job for youth.
Another interesting thing was that I have been introduced to the information about projects, like this, making. Mostly I liked that I could use what I have learned instantly in a practical way. There were nice coffee breaks too during the training.
In my free time, I`ve explored the palace in Krzyzowa, I went to the nearby city for some sight-seeing, and before leaving, I`ve visited Wroclaw. Also as we had cultural nights, where I`ve learned a lot about other cultures and countries, that participated in the project. There was a movie night, where participants could enjoy themselves and of course a goodbye party.
In conclusion, I liked this project and the whole trip very much. I`ve learned a lot of new things and got new ideas for the future.
