Lecturer Otilija Miseckaite with the support by Erasmus + ‘Learning Mobility of individuals – Mobility of youth workers’ participated at project Locality on 22 – 28 March 2018, Holloko (Budapest), Hungary.
International training course ‘Locality’ (organizer-GYIOT) merges experience and curiosity within its program, and it has been designed with the aim to support organisations to realize and prepare for carrying out their own Structured Dialogue related projects of any kind. The training course was an intense learning opportunity and project development, how to plan local structured dialogue (KA3) projects.
The training course was an intense learning opportunity to get more acquainted with topics such as the Structured Dialogue, the learning process in Key Action 3 (KA3) projects, partnership and cooperation with decision makers. Also, it was a possibility to build a network and finalize together future partnerships that contribute to and utilize the opportunities the Structured Dialogue has to offer to all parties involved.
Examples of workshops. Trainers Joana Pinto, Judit Lantai and Barnabás Gulyás have many years of involvement in the Structured Dialogue process, and they lay the foundation to ourselves project, and opportunities of youth workers in Erasmus+ program. During the evening, participants had the opportunity to get know each other countries, national foods and share their experience. On a free afternoon, participants had the opportunity to visit Budapest centre.
During the project teams from Lithuania, Hungary, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Bulgaria, Slovakian were discussing, through non-formal learning methods and techniques created good. Otilija Miseckaite represented Innovation Office (VšĮ Inovacijų biuras), Aleksandras Stulginskis University organisations, also take part in the project market at European Youth Centre Budapest and discuss about project proposals.
These training courses was very interesting and remarkable enough for personal and professional development: enhanced organisational, management, leadership skills, communication in English language, non-formal education, increased knowledge about youth workers organizations, Erasmus+, developed new learning practices and methods. I got practical skills on planning and organising, project management and analytical skills, increased my interest in European topics, and become more aware of how important foreign language skills are.
