On June 3, 2025, the fourth youth mentoring session of the Erasmus+ project “DigiFast“ took place remotely, bringing together six young participants. This session focused on exploring and navigating the project’s digital platform, while also reflecting on the knowledge and skills gained throughout the program.
At the beginning of the session, the group revisited their collective achievements and discussed the key outcomes of previous sessions. So far, participants have significantly developed their digital creativity, learned how to write motivational letters, explored artificial intelligence, and attended engaging workshops on influencers, video creation, and other relevant topics.
A major highlight of this session was the introduction of tutorial videos for 12 digital tools, including: Genially, Grammarly, Inkscape, Adobe Express, Canva, VistaCreate, CapCut, ChatGPT, Lumen5, Audacity, GIMP, and TikTok.

During the session, special attention was given to Lumen5 – a video creation tool. Together, the participants tested the platform and collaborated on producing a visually engaging video. Before diving into the task, they explored the DigiFast YouTube channel, where they found helpful tutorials and educational content.
To further enhance their learning, participants were assigned a practical task: with the guidance of their mentors, they began creating a personal digital portfolio to showcase their newly acquired skills and achievements.

To conclude the session, the youth were informed about an exciting opportunity: a two-week voluntary internship. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate verifying their experience with digital tools and their ability to apply these skills effectively.

Given the ever-growing importance of digital competencies in today’s job market, this internship presents a valuable stepping stone for young people aiming to improve their employability and stand out in a competitive labor environment.

This fourth session of the DigiFast project not only reinforced the participants’ digital competencies but also inspired them to apply their skills in practical, real-world contexts. With continued mentorship and the opportunity for hands-on experience through internships, these young individuals are well on their way to becoming confident, capable contributors in the digital age.
